The Paradise Animal Hospital and Wellness Centre in Paradise, NL (a suburb of St. John’s) is seeking an associate veterinarian to join our progressive, busy practice. With 5 other DVMs on staff, you will be part of a collaborative and inclusive team and always have support at hand. We focus on the bond we have with our clients and their four-legged family members. To help you help them, we offer 30-minute appointment times, file dictation, and the support of 30 fabulous and knowledgeable support staff, including 7 RVTs and 6 techs in training.

Comprehensive Services:
Paradise Animal Hospital is proud to offer a diverse range of services to meet the unique needs of clients and patients. From state-of-the-art radiology and ultrasound to a complete dental and surgical suite (central surgery room extending to 2 OR rooms, prep room, and separate dental suite), acupuncture, laser therapy, and a fully equipped IDEXX laboratory – we've got it all under one roof.
We offer a walk-in clinic Monday through Friday between 8 AM - 10 AM. This ensures that our client's four-legged family members receive prompt attention when needed. As an urgent care service, this supports the community when our clients' pets need it most by providing immediate emergency care without the after-hours emergency stress.
Exceptional Support Staff:
Behind every successful veterinary practice is an incredible support team. Our hospital boasts a group of fabulous and knowledgeable support staff, including 5 DVMs, 7 Registered Veterinary Technicians (RVTs), and four dedicated technicians in training. Their passion for animal wellness is the driving force behind the outstanding care we provide.
