Radiographs, also known as X-Rays, are two dimensional pictures of the bones and soft tissue structures in the body. We use X-Rays to measure the size of an organ, to look for abnormal growths or objects (masses, swallowed items, or bullets and other traumatic objects) in the chest and abdomen, and to determine if there are any broken bones in our patients. It can be used alone or in conjunction with ultrasound when required.
